The “CV Preparation and Interview Techniques Training” organized at our university under the coordination of the Career Center with the support of the Konya Provincial Directorate of the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) was carried out to contribute to students’ career planning processes.
Within the scope of the training, held with intense student participation at the Prof. Dr. Halil Cin Conference Hall of the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, students were given comprehensive information about effective CV preparation methods, points to consider in job application processes, correct communication techniques in interviews, and job searching skills. During the program, questions from students were answered by expert consultants, and practical evaluations were conducted using real interview examples.
In addition, information was provided about the İŞKUR Youth Program, and career support offered to university students as well as opportunities for employment processes were shared. Attention was drawn to the importance of preparing young people for business life in a more qualified manner.
In his assessment, KTÜN Career Center Director Lect. Dr. Resul Çelik stated, “As the Career Center, we will continue to provide training, seminars, and career events that contribute to the professional development of our students.”
The program ended after the presentation of certificates of appreciation to the İŞKUR Job and Career Advisors who contributed to the training.
