Our Tasks

1. To ensure that indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks at Konya Technical University are carried out without interruption through its personnel.

2. To control and coordinate university transportation and accommodation activities.

3. To take the necessary measures to ensure the economical use of all vehicles and materials under the unit's responsibility within the framework of cost-saving measures.

4. To assign duties to drivers employed by Konya Technical University.

5. To monitor all maintenance, repair, insurance, and registration processes for vehicles used in the services of our university.

6. To coordinate the uninterrupted provision of transportation/transportation services using vehicles within the university.

7. To ensure the maintenance and cleaning of landscaping, green areas, and afforestation areas in university campuses, to carry out irrigation operations, and to conduct afforestation activities in coordination with the Department of Construction and Technical Affairs.

8. To ensure the efficient use of company vehicles in accordance with cost-saving measures.

9. Ensuring that flags and posters required for national holidays are displayed on time and monitoring the process.

10. To perform other similar duties assigned by higher authorities.
